Hawaiʻi residents are directed to the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) Agricultural Diagnostic Service Center for soil nutrient testing. Current CTAHR pages show a statewide drop-off system through Oʻahu sites, CARES stations, and at least one county Extension office, with online prepayment before drop-off.
